Cookalot prides itself on quality control, so all orders will be thoroughly inspected before they leave our premises. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel gets damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days by emailing us at email@example.com and we will be happy to send out a replacement once you have returned your damaged goods.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item/s. Please inform us by email within 7 days from the day of receipt. Return the unused product at your own expense in its original, undamaged packaging for a full refund less carriage charges if cancelled after the 7-day cooling-off period. We recommend using an insured delivery service.
Returns must be made within 14 working days of delivery and goods will be refunded within 30 days. Please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
